CLASSES

Classes at The Kick Box are a combination of flexibility drills, cardio building exercises  and martial arts based sequences. They combined to create a full body workout that engages the students on many different levels.

Our sessions are open to clients of all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.

 

 No prior knowledge of boxing or kickboxing is necessary to participate!

Instruction is designed to engage each student at their current ability and inspire them to excel to the next level!
